Hi my name is Jon Supler. I have been inspecting homes in the central and eastern NC area for 20 years. My home base is in Raleigh but I do a lot of work in Durham, Chapel Hill, Wilson, Cary, and Rocky Mount. I have performed over 10,000 fee paid inspections. I also specialize in water intrusion inspections for homes with synthetic stucco or EIFS. I do continuous monitor radon testing as well as well water and septic inspections. I am one of the few inspectors that still walks on all roofs no matter the pitch; you won't believe some of the things I find up there that could never be seen from the ground or the top of a ladder.
